Labor disputes and conflicts between employees and employers are often found in work. Life is life, and avoiding them completely does not always work. The main thing is to find a competent way out of the conflict, backed up by law. In this regard, Goskomstat organized many social and educational events.
On October 16 of the current year, an event was held at the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on statistics on the topic “The Problem of Diagnosing Conflict Persons in Personnel Evaluation”. The seminar was attended by employees of the central office of the Goskomstat.
Ergasheva Dilorom, a lecturer at Tashkent State University of Economics, spoke at the seminar.
The main purpose of the event is the classification of conflicting individuals, their level of conflict and the resolution of labor disputes.
There was also an exchange of views on the art of personnel selection, and how to correctly build a system of situational leadership.
