June 21 this year, a specialist of the Department of social statistics and sustainable development on the results of participation in the training On June 18-20 in Almaty (Kazakhstan), a seminar was organized for the staff of the Central office of the state statistics Committee.
During the seminar, a presentation was made on the theme: "FAO Methodology for assessing direct losses associated with natural disasters in agriculture, fisheries and forestry, within the framework of the Sendai framework monitoring system and the sustainable Development Goals" and a discussion was held on natural disasters, their impact on the agriculture sector, damage and loss assessment in agriculture, forestry and fisheries.
