On June 21, 2019 in the State Committee on Statistics the seminar was held following the results of the training course on the theme “Compiling the statistics for balance of payments and international investment position”, which was organized in Tbilisi, Georgia. J. Saipov - head of the Department of Investment and Construction Statistics made a presentation in order to exchange experience and knowledge following the results of participation in the training course.
The recommendations of the IMF experts and experience of participating countries were covered in detail. It was noted that the knowledge and experience gained following the results of the training course are very useful for the statistical system activities.
