On June 19 this year a meeting of the Deputy Chairman Ziyadullaev Mahmudjon Djurakulovich with the delegation of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development was held in the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics.
The head of the Eurasia Division of the OECD Global Relations Secretariat - Mr. William Thompson spoke about the project “Increasing Trade and Transport Connectivity in Central Asia”.
At the meeting a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation between the Goskomstat and the OECD was discussed.
Following the meeting the head of the OECD delegation, William Thompson, thanked the leadership of the Goskomstat for organizing the meeting and expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation.
