On August 23, 2019, under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, a video-conference on the development of the public education system, advanced training of teachers and their authority in society, and spiritual and moral education of the young generation took place.
In accordance with the protocol of this meeting, the tasks of establishing guardianship over secondary schools by the heads, deputies of ministries and departments, local hokimiyats, as well as developing a plan for their visit to educational institutions are outlined.
On February 21, 2020, the deputy chairman of the Goskomstat, Ziyadullaev Mahmujon Djurakulovich, met with students of the 205th school of Mirzo Ulugbek district to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks set.
Participating in the event "Open Day in Mathematics", organized on this day at school, M. Ziyadullaev gave his recommendations on strengthening the interest of young people in this subject in order to develop the mathematical field and expand the practical use of the achievements of this science.
At the meeting, which continued as a cultural event, Mahmudjon Djurakulovich spoke about the reforms in the education system in the country and the urgent tasks in this direction.
The students were explained the content and essence of the five important initiatives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to increase attention to youth, to attract them widely to culture, art, physical education and sports, to introduce skills in using information technologies, to promote reading, and to increase the employment of women.
Honored Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan Hojiev Tolib Tojievich was invited to the event as guests.
He shared with students his thoughts about the feelings of the homeland, about the need for caring for teachers and mentors, morality and upbringing. At the same time, he gave students examples of poetry and expressions glorifying our country. Especially children's humorous performances aroused great interest among schoolchildren.
