On July 9 this year, Goskomstat held a webinar with the participation of employees of price statistics departments of regional statistical offices and price registrars of district and city statistics departments.
During the webinar, the main principles of quality organization of price observations were discussed in detail, as well as key aspects that should be taken into account when registering prices.
In addition, explanations were provided regarding the approved interim procedure for the proper organization of price and tariff observations for calculating the consumer price index in the context of restrictive measures during the pandemic.
The webinar was held in the form of a discussion and exchange of views with the active participation of employees of regional statistical agencies.
