On August 11 of this year, a remote online meeting on the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 23, 2021 No. 6191 "On additional measures to further create favorable conditions for the population and business entities when using public services, reducing bureaucratic barriers in this direction" was held at the Statistics Department of the Ferghana Region under the chairmanship of Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics Ziyayev Zoxidjan Muratovich.
The meeting was attended by the heads of the Personnel Department, the Department of Demography and Labor Statistics, the Department for Working with Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities and Controlling the Execution Discipline, as well as the Center for Software and Data Storage of all regional statistical offices.
At the meeting, Z. Ziyaev noted that in accordance with the decree, together with ministries and departments, compliance with information security requirements is envisaged, the integration of information available in departmental information systems, resources and databases necessary for the provision of public services into the interdepartmental integration platform of the Electronic government ”, timely and high-quality formation of electronic databases, data digitization, timely issuance of data and documents in electronic form.
It was also noted that, in accordance with the decree, from June 1, 2021, the practice of sending copies of civil status records and submitting reports in paper form by the civil registration authorities of the city and district to the regional statistical office was canceled.
At the end of the event, an exchange of views on the implementation of this decree took place with the responsible employees of the Statistics Departments of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions.
