In total, in January-July 2021, 20,442 operating food industry enterprises in the republic produced products worth 25,221.2 billion soums. The index of the physical volume of the network compared to January-July 2020 amounted to 106.4%.

- in January-February 5,909.6 billion soums (107.9 percent);
- in January-March 9 880.0 billion soums (107.5 percent);
- in January-April 13,355.7 billion soums (106.4 percent);
- in January-May 16 850.7 billion soums (105.9 percent);
- in January-June it amounted to 21 885.8 billion soums (105.0 percent).
The largest share in the total volume of products manufactured by food industry enterprises in the republic fell on the city of Tashkent - 15.7% (3,000 food industry enterprises), Tashkent region - 12.9% (2,175), Samarkand region - 11.2 % (2,072).
