A mutual electronic information exchange has been established between the statistical integrated information system SIAT of the Agency for Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the automated information system of the Customs Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-6079 on approval of the Strategy "Digital Uzbekistan-2030" and measures for its effective implementation, Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-419 dated November 10, 2022 “On measures to optimize the procedures for submitting reports and storing archival documents”, Based on the tasks defined in the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On approval of the statistical program for 2023" No. 80 of February 27, 2023, Mutual electronic exchange of information related to the customs field has been launched between the SIAT statistical integrated information system of the Statistical Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the automated information system of the Customs Committee.

As a result of the establishment of mutual electronic information exchange between the SIAT statistical integrated information system of the Statistical Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the automated information system of the Customs Committee, an opportunity was created to receive detailed information about cargo transported through the Customs borders electronically. In particular, according to him, electronic reception was launched through the integration of information on the volume of transported goods by types of transport, transit transportation, the number of vehicles and the country to which they belong.
As a result of the establishment of mutual electronic information exchange between the integrated information system of SIAT statistics and the information system of the Customs Committee, complete elimination of factors that may arise as a result of the human factor in the exchange of goods transported through customs borders and other related information, complete and qualitative data formation and analysis opportunity was created.

Prior to the introduction of information exchange, information on the land areas allocated for farming was received at the end of each quarter based on the request from the relevant ministries and agencies. As a result of the establishment of information exchange, it was possible to download information at the time needed for statistical analysis, rather than at the end of each quarter.
This, in turn, the fact that information exchange works in real time, without the participation of the human factor, creates a great basis for the rapid and high-quality implementation of statistical analysis.
In addition, the parties will carry out all necessary technical and improvement work independently or in mutual cooperation. In the event of errors and malfunctions, in cases where there is no access to the information system, the parties must take all measures to notify immediately.
During the development of the electronic information exchange system, the parties have the right to make changes to certain technical details by mutual agreement. In case of changes, the parties shall be notified of the changes. When there is a need to change the characteristics or content of the request and response, the parties will implement these changes in the working state in an agreed manner.
