According to the National Statistics Committee, in January 2026, a total of 1,861 citizens of Azerbaijan visited Uzbekistan for tourism purposes.
This figure increased by 849 people compared to the corresponding period last year.
Citizens of Azerbaijan who arrived in Uzbekistan for the purpose of travel during this period were able to:
tourism - 1,321 people;
visiting relatives - 429 people;
for official reasons - 101 people;
study - 9 people;
treatment - 1 person.
