In order to effectively organize the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Statistics", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 20, 2020 No. 105 "on approval of the Program of State Statistical Works for 2020", the State Committee on Statistics is carrying out a number of measures to assess the impact of the pandemic on activities small business entities.
Given that the coronavirus pandemic affects the macroeconomic and socio-economic processes in the country, in order to assess the impact of the pandemic on the industrial production activities of small businesses in August-September 2020, the Department of Industry Statistics of the State Committee on Statistics will conduct a one-time survey to assess the state of the economic the sustainability of small business entities through a telephone survey.
In accordance with the list of small businesses covered by the telephone survey, the responsible employees will conduct a survey from 12 to 20 October 2020. Based on the data generated from the survey results, the activity of small businesses in the field of industrial production during a pandemic will be analyzed.
