On October 14, this year, the State Committee on Statistics held a meeting in the form of a video conference with representatives of partner organizations, ministries and departments involved in the formation of indicators for the sustainable development goals.
The main purpose of this webinar was to discuss the main tasks that need to be performed in the formation of indicators for the sustainable development goals.
The event was attended by representatives of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), employees of relevant ministries and departments of the country.
Dilshodbek Kirghizov, head of the Department of social statistics and sustainable development of the State Committee on Statistics, made an introductory speech at the webinar. Also, the Deputy chief of Department of formation of the summary analytical information on the statistics of the social sphere and sustainable development O.Alasania expressed their opinion on the subject.
At the end of the event, the parties exchanged views and agreed on further work on the formation of indicators for the sustainable development goals.
