At the beginning of the 2019/2020 academic year, the number of educational institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 10,090 units, in which 6168.2 thousand students studied.
Of the total number of educational institutions 91 units are non-state educational institutions in which 21 thousand students study.
