According to the National Statistics Committee, a total of 82 thousand tons of barley were produced in the republic during January-June 2025.
This figure increased by 28.6% compared to the corresponding period last year.
The volume of barley produced by region is as follows:
— Republic of Karakalpakstan – 0.1 thousand tons
— Andijan region – 0.2 thousand tons
— Bukhara region – 3.1 thousand tons
— Jizzakh region – 32 thousand tons
— Kashkadarya region – 12.6 thousand tons
— Navoi region – 2.9 thousand tons
— Namangan region – 0.3 thousand tons
— Samarkand region – 6.5 thousand tons
— Surkhandarya region – 7.8 thousand tons
— Syrdarya region – 10.8 thousand tons
— Tashkent region – 4.6 thousand tons
— Fergana region – 0.9 thousand tons
— Khorezm region – 0.2 thousand tons
