According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-August 2025, construction work worth 46.7 trillion soums was carried out by the informal sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is 11% more than in January-August 2024.
The share of construction work performed by the informal sector in the total volume of construction work amounted to 24.8%.
