According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-October 2025, 252.7 thousand tons of paper and cardboard worth about 330 million US dollars were imported into Uzbekistan from 66 foreign countries.
The volume of imports increased by 48.9 thousand tons compared to the corresponding period last year.
Countries that supplied the most paper and cardboard to Uzbekistan for 10 months of 2025:
Russia - 112.2 thousand tons;
China - 91.9 thousand tons;
Germany - 10.1 thousand tons;
Belarus - 8 thousand tons;
Finland - 6.2 thousand tons;
Other countries - 24.2 thousand tons.
