According to the National Statistics Committee, as of June 1, 2026, there are 28,483 commercial enterprises operating in the catering sector in Uzbekistan.
In January-May 2026, the trade turnover of public catering enterprises reached 94.4 trillion soums.
This figure increased by 11.1% compared to the corresponding period of 2025.
