According to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, construction works worth UZS 259.4 trillion were carried out in Uzbekistan in January–August 2026.
This figure increased by 11.8% compared with the corresponding period of 2025.
The volume of construction works by region was as follows:
Tashkent city — UZS 88.7 trillion;
Tashkent region — UZS 24.1 trillion;
Fergana region — UZS 15.4 trillion;
Bukhara region — UZS 14.7 trillion;
Kashkadarya region — UZS 12.8 trillion;
Samarkand region — UZS 12.6 trillion;
Andijan region — UZS 12.3 trillion;
Khorezm region — UZS 11.8 trillion;
Namangan region — UZS 11.7 trillion;
Navoi region — UZS 11 trillion;
Surkhandarya region — UZS 10.7 trillion;
Republic of Karakalpakstan — UZS 8.9 trillion;
Jizzakh region — UZS 6.2 trillion;
Syrdarya region — UZS 5.3 trillion.
