Careful preparations are being made for the upcoming population census in 2023.
On February 22 of this year, the Department of Statistics of the Bakhmal district held an event dedicated to the process of preparing for the population census in the Bakhmal district of the Jizzakh region.
The event was said about the nature and value of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 11, 2020 No. 710 "On measures for preparation and holding of the population census in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2023" and the work on its implementation, as well as the relevance of the census, formed of the importance of information for socio - economic state programs. Also, together with the activists of the mahalla, the maps of rural settlements were studied in detail and explanations were given on the work on redrawing the maps.
During the seminar, participants were provided with detailed explanations on filling out the census questionnaire.
