As of November 1, 2021, the number of operating business entities (excluding farms and dekhkan farms) amounted to 476 750, of which 95 976 private enterprises (share of 20.1 percent).

In January-September 2021, the volume of transport services was equal to 47 407.6 billion soums, their growth, compared to the same period in 2020, amounted to 16.5%. In the total volume of market services rendered, the share of this type of services remains predominant - 23.5%.

   At the beginning of the 2020/2021 academic year in our country, the number of students in grades 10-11 enrolled in educational institutions amounted to 885.3 thousand people, their number by region is as follows.

In January-September 2021, the GRP of the city of Tashkent amounted to 87 815.6 billion soums and, compared to January-September 2020, increased by 14.1%. GRP growth factors were the growth rates in industry - 113.8% (share in the GRP structure - 33.9%), construction - 123.4% (10.0%) and services - 112.7% (56.1% ). GRP per capita amounted to 31,256.7 thousand soums and increased by 6.1%.

The highest indicators and growth rates in terms of sources of financing for investments in fixed assets were noted in the Fund for Reconstruction and Development, which, compared to the corresponding period of last year, amounted to an increase of 2.6 times.

 City of Tashkent - 11.5 billion, exports - 2.8 billion, imports - 8.7 billion US dollars

In January - September 2021, Uzbekistan imported 21,109 tons of meat from abroad.

As of November 1, 2021, 45,259 construction enterprises function in the republic. This is 4,914 more than in the same period last year.

For January-September 2021, the largest volume of services in education is noted in Samarkand (621.5 billion soums), Fergana (430.2 billion soums), Andijan (412.4 billion soums) and Bukhara (405.0 billion soums) regions, as well as in the Republic of Karakalpakstan (359.2 billion soums) and the City of Tashkent (3,368.6 billion soums).

  In January-September 2021, the GRP of the Republic of Karakalpakstan increased by 7.4% and amounted to 18 122.2 billion soums. GRP growth is due to positive growth rates in the main sectors of the region's economy, such as agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 105.8% (share in the GRP structure - 26.0%), industry - 105.8% (27.1%), construction - 109.8% (9.0%) and the service sector - 108.9% (37.9%). GRP per capita increased by 6.0% and amounted to 9 381.9 thousand soums.

In January - September 2021, 1 436.7 thousand tons of melons and gourds were grown in the republic.

In January - September 2021, in the structure of the total income of the population of the Syrdarya region, a significant share is made up of income from labor activity 68.8 % and income from transfers 22.4 %.

As of October 1, 2021, the number of operating small enterprises and microfirms amounted to 472 273 units.

At the beginning of the 2020/2021 academic year, the total number of students in general education institutions of grades 10-11 was 443.1 thousand people.

Due to bank loans and other borrowed funds, 550.8 billion soums were disbursed (of the total volume of investments in fixed assets 9.9% and this indicator, compared to the corresponding period of last year, increased by 42.7 percentage points) foreign loans secured by the Republic of Uzbekistan, amounting to 769.2 billion soums (13.9% decreased by 8.9 percentage points), other foreign investments and loans - 847.5 billion soums (15.3% decreased by 5.8 pp), the Republican budget - 718.0 billion soums (13.0% increased by 17.0 pp), the fund for the development of water supply and sewerage systems - 34.2 billion soums of their total volume.

In January - September 2021, 464 thousand tons of yarn were exported in our country.

In our republic, in January - October 2021 (excluding farms and dekhkan farms), a total of 87,197 enterprises and organizations were created. This is 7,606 more than in the same period last year.

On November 9, 2021, an open lesson was held at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers by the State Committee on Statistics. It was attended by the heads of the Departments of the central office of the State Statistics Committee, the leadership of the Institute for Advanced Training and Statistical Research, faculty, researchers and students of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers.
