According to the results of January-March 2023, the total volume of small business and private entrepreneurship in agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the Fergana region amounted to 3,265.9 billion soums, or 104.7% compared to the corresponding period last year.
In January-May 2023, high growth rates were recorded in the field of communication and informatization services (124.6%), educational services (121.1%) and financial services (120.0%).
In January-March 2023, the volume of construction work performed by small businesses in the Namangan region amounted to 1232.8 billion soums, or 107.0% of the level of January-March 2022.
According to the results of January-March 2023, the gross value added of the service sector in the Tashkent region amounted to 5,862.1 billion soums and, compared with January-March 2022, increased by 2.0 %.
In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-May 2023, large enterprises produced 4.8 thousand tons of frozen poultry meat. Compared to the corresponding period in 2022, the volume of production increased by 10.7%.
