In January-March 2022, the volume of communication and informatization services in the republic increased by 27.8%. High growth rates of communication and informatization services were noted in the city of Tashkent (134.7%), in Tashkent (123.1%), and Surkhandarya (120.9%) regions. Relatively low growth rates of services in this area were observed in the Republic of Karakalpakstan (114.5%).
In January-March 2022, foreign citizens who arrived in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 609.6 thousand people. 578.6 thousand people arrived from the CIS countries, which reached 94.9% of their total number, from other foreign countries - 31.0 thousand people (5.1% of their total number).
