In order to prepare for the census process in the regions, statistical agencies, together with makhalla activists, are working on the basis of a schedule to study the status of setting the numbers of unnumbered houses in the makhalla and the condition of streets without nameplates.

Today, November 5, a presentation was held at the Statistics Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the agency's staff regarding the results of a seminar held in Brussels, Belgium, on the use of alternative data sources and integration for calculating the Consumer Price Index.

From October 29 to 31 this year, a regional seminar on the use and integration of alternative data sources in calculating the Consumer Price Index was held in Brussels, Belgium. The seminar was organized in collaboration with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), Statistics Norway, and the Swiss Federal Statistical Office.
