On June 24, 2021, under the leadership of the Chairman of the CIS Statistical Committee Vladimir Sokolin and the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics Mahmudjon Ziyadullayev, a video conference was organized for the heads and employees of territorial statistical bodies.
The seminar was attended by employees of the central office of the State Committee on Statistics, deputies and employees of territorial statistical offices.
During the event, issues were raised on the preparation of maps of all cities and districts of the region, as well as drawing plans of makhalla and rural settlements. It was also noted that on the maps being prepared, it is necessary to clearly mark the boundaries of gatherings of citizens of the makhalla and rural settlements, prepare their drawing plans in paper and electronic form, mark streets, multi-storey buildings and courtyards, residential, non-residential premises with special signs.
In addition, they were familiarized with the ongoing work on the development of a program for entering primary census data into the electronic database and forming the final data, as well as provided the necessary consultations.
As a result of the event, relevant instructions were given for the timely and high-quality implementation of the tasks identified in the program of comprehensive measures for the preparation and conduct of the population census in the region in 2023.
