As previously reported, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 11, 2020 No. 710, from November 1 to 25, 2021, in the Khojaabad district of the Andijan region, the Yukori Chirchik district of the Tashkent region, the city of Khiva, the Khorezm region and the Yashnabad district of the city of Tashkent, pilot census.
On August 5-6, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics for Information and Communication Technologies and Information Security Zoxidjan Ziyaev together with Acting Head of the Statistics Department of the Khorezm region Hakimbay Egamov got acquainted with the activities of the population census department of the city of Khiva, the work carried out to update the maps of settlements and lists of households with the specification of the population size, the state of propaganda work carried out in the regions.
Also, Z. Ziyayev, on the basis of the organizational plan, gave the responsible persons the appropriate instructions for the timely and high-quality implementation of the tasks identified in the program of comprehensive measures for the preparation and conduct of a pilot population census
