According to the results of January-June 2021, the GRP of Namangan region amounted to 14,158.2 billion soums, which is 6.8% higher than the data for January-June 2020.
GRP growth rates are due to positive growth rates in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 103.9% (share in the GRP structure - 34.8%), industry - 111.8% (15.2%), construction - 105.8% (7.7%) and the service sector - 107.8% (42.3%). GRP per capita increased by 4.7% and amounted to 4,915.3 thousand soums.
