In January-June 2021, 35.2 million tons of cargo were transported by mainline railway transport, the growth rate compared to the corresponding period last year was 103.5%.
At the same time, the number of passengers transported by rail amounted to 4.0 million, which is 4.7% lower than the corresponding period of 2020.
