According to the results of January-June 2021, the GRP of the Navoi region reached 26 490.6 billion soums and an increase of 5.3%. The growth of the GRP is due to the positive growth rates in the main sectors of the region's economy. In agriculture, forestry and fisheries, growth rates reached 101.1% (share in the GRP structure - 12.7%), industry - 106.1% (71.4%), construction - 103.4% (3.6%) and the service sector - 105.9% (12.3%). GRP per capita increased by 3.6% and amounted to 26,024.8 thousand soums.
