In total, in January-July 2021, chemical industry enterprises of the republic produced products worth 15.0 trillion soums. The index of the physical volume of the network compared to January-July 2020 amounted to 106.5%.
In particular:
- Superphosphate production - increased by 3.2 times;
- Formaldehyde production - increased by 2.0 times;
- Urea production - increased by 35.6%;
- Paints and varnishes based on acrylic and vinyl polymers, production in the aquatic environment - increased by 15.1%;
- Production of disodium carbonate (soda ash) increased by -2.0;
The largest share in the total volume of products produced by chemical enterprises in the republic fell on the Republic of Karakalpakstan (36.2%), Navoi region (14.6%), Kashkadarya region (14.5%) and Tashkent region (14.1 %).
