As of July 1, 2021, in all categories of farms in the Bukhara region, the total number of cattle amounted to 1,245.2 thousand heads (102.6% in relation to July 1 2020), of which cows - 405.8 thousand heads (103.2%), sheep and goats - 2,216.2 thousand heads (102.6%), horses - 6.5 thousand heads (112.9%) and birds - 5344.4 thousand heads (112.9%).
