On September 23, 2021, the Department of Demography and Labor Statistics of the State Committee on Statistics organized a video conference aimed at improving the qualifications of employees of territorial offices.
The videoconference, organized by the Deputy Chairman of the State Statistics Committee Ziyayev Zoxidjan Muratovich, was attended by employees of the State Statistics Committee and representatives of territorial statistical offices.
At the event, Goskomstat specialists studied the knowledge and potential of employees of territorial statistical offices on the calculation of the resident population, assessment of the demographic situation and methods of calculating wages.The head of the Department of Statistics of Demography and Labor, Yuldoshev Zoyir Toshkanovich presented his proposals on the formation and improvement of statistical work in the field.
During the videoconference, employees of the State Committee on Statistics and territorial departments of statistics exchanged views on the development of the system, discussing and analyzing the existing problems and shortcomings in the industry. The Goskomstat staff provided the staff of the territorial statistical offices with practical suggestions and recommendations.
