According to the results of January-June 2021, the gross value added (GVA) in industry in the Andijan region amounted to 3 788.0 billion soums and a decrease in volume in comparable prices was noted, which amounted to 93.5% compared to the level of January-June 2020. In the period under review, the share of this sector in the GRP reached 21.2%.
