In January-June 2021, the gross value added (GVA) in construction in the Bukhara region amounted to 1,520.5 billion soums and, compared to the same period last year, increased by 8.5%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 9.7% and, compared to January-June 2020, increased by 0.3 percentage points, and compared to the corresponding period of 2017 by 1.6 percentage points.
