Dear citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan!

As you know, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 11, 2020 No. 710 "On measures for the preparation and conduct of the population census in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2023", from November 1 to 25, 2021, a pilot population census will be conducted in Khojaabad region of Andijan region, Yukori-Chirchik region of Tashkent region, Khiva city of Khorezm region and Yashnabad region of Tashkent city.

A trial population census will be conducted in two ways: November 1-5 via the Internet and from November 11 to 22, census takers will walk around all rooms and fill out paper census forms for respondents who have not completed the Internet survey.

A special information system has been developed for conducting a pilot population census via the Internet. This information system provides for the possibility of entering and registering not only for residents of the territories where a pilot census is planned, but also for citizens living throughout the republic and temporarily staying in other states.

As a result of conducting a pilot census via the Internet, problems and shortcomings that may arise in the course of the functioning of this information system will be identified, measures will be taken to eliminate them, which will make it more accessible to users before the main population census, which will be held in all regions of the republic. in 2023.
