According to preliminary data from sample surveys of households by the State Statistics Committee, as of January-September 2021, the structure of households in the city of Tashkent by the number of children is:
58.9% of households have children under the age of 16, of which 19.7% have one child, 22.4% have two children, 9.3% have three children and 7.5% have four or more children.
According to sample surveys, 41.1% of households do not have children under 16 years of age.
