In January - September 2021, 70,275 tons of fish were caught in the republic, which is 12.2% more than the corresponding period of 2020.
The largest volumes of fish catch were recorded in organizations engaged in agricultural activities 37 693 tons, or 53.6% of the total volume, on the contrary, the smallest volumes 4,861 tons (6.9%) in dekhkan (personal subsidiary) farms.
In the current period, compared with the corresponding period of last year, there was an increase in farms by 16.3% and in organizations engaged in agricultural activities - by 11.5%, in dehkan (personal subsidiary) farms, on the contrary, the decrease was 2.8 %.
