According to preliminary data from sample surveys of households by the State Committee on Statistics, as of January-November 2021, the structure of households in Jizzakh region by the number of children is: 81.2% of households have children under the age of 16, of which 21.9% have one child, 27.8% have two children, 20.7% have three children and 10.8% have four or more children.
According to sample surveys, 23.1% of households do not have children under 16 years of age.
