In total, construction work worth 5079.0 billion soums was completed in Jizzakh region in January-December 2021, and the growth rate, compared to 2020, amounted to 115.1%.
In the total volume of construction work, work performed by large construction organizations amounted to 25.4%, small enterprises and micro-firms - 46.8% and in the informal sector - 27.8%.
