At the end of 2021, the GRP growth of the Jizzakh region amounted to 7.0 % and reached 23 349.2 billion soums. In the sectoral structure of GRP, the growth rates were: in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 104.2 % (share in the GRP structure - 53.4 %), industry - 110.2 % (12.6 %), construction - 115.6 % (5.9 %) and the service sector - 109.2 % (28.1 %). The volume of GRP per capita increased by 4.8 % and amounted to 16 363.6 thousand soums.
