In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, income from transfers, consisting of social transfers and other current transfers, is of no small importance in the structure of incomes of the population.
According to preliminary data for January-December 2021, in the structure of social transfers, the share of pensions is 72.3%, benefits - 26.1% and scholarships - 1.6%.
