According to preliminary data from sample household surveys of the State Committee on Statistics, as of January-December 2021, the structure of households in the Bukhara region in terms of the number of children is:
74.4% of households have children under the age of 16, of which 29.2% have one child, 28.1% have two children, 13.7% have three children, and 3.4% have four or more children.According to sample surveys, 25.6% of households do not have children under 16 years of age.
