According to preliminary data from sample surveys of households of the State Committee on Statistics, as of January-December 2021, the structure of households in the Jizzakh region in terms of the number of children is:77.3% of households have children under the age of 16, of which 21.7% have one child, 26.2% have two children, 19.0% have three children, and 10.4% have four or more children.According to sample surveys, 22.7% of households do not have children under 16 years of age.
