In the Republic of Uzbekistan in January 2021, industrial enterprises for the production of wooden and cork products (except furniture), straw and wicker products produced products worth 90.5 billion soums. The volume index of the sphere compared to January 2020 amounted to 109.7%.In addition, the largest share in the total volume of products produced in the republic by industrial enterprises for the production of wooden and cork products (except furniture), straw and wicker products falls on the Tashkent region (26.1%), the city of Tashkent (26.1%) , Fergana region (24.3%) and Syrdarya region (5.2%).
