According to preliminary data from sample household surveys of the State Statistics Committee, as of January-December 2021, the structure of households in the Navoi region in terms of the number of children is: 68.2% of households have children under the age of 16, of which 24.9% have one child, 27.8% have two children, 12.9% have three children and 2.6% have four or more children.
According to sample surveys, 31.8% of households do not have children under 16 years of age.
