According to preliminary data from sample surveys of households of the State Statistics Committee, as of January-December 2021, the structure of households in the Tashkent region in terms of the number of children is:71.9% of households have children under the age of 16, of which 21.9% have one child, 25.0% have two children, 16.9% have three children, and 8.1% have four or more children.According to sample surveys, 28.1% of households do not have children under 16 years of age.
