According to sample household surveys of the State Committee on Statistics, as of January-December 2021, the structure of households in the Republic of Karakalpakstan in terms of the number of its members is: 1.7% of households consisting of one person, 6.0% of households consisting of two people, 9.1% of households have three people, 18.4% of households have four people, 25.9% of households have five people, and 38.9% of households have six or more people.
