At the end of 2021, the gross value added (GVA) in industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 189,606.8 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 8.7%.In the period under review, the share of this sector in the republic's GDP reached 27.8% and, compared with the previous year, increased by 0.3 percentage points.
