At the end of 2021, the gross value added (GVA) in trade in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 43 593.9 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 12.5%.
In the period under review, the share of this sector in the republic's GDP amounted to 6.4% and, compared to the previous year, increased by 0.2 percentage points.
