In January - February of this year in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the volume of construction work performed amounted to 12825.0 billion soums, and the growth rate compared to the corresponding period in 2021 reached 102.8%.
In the total volume of construction work, work performed by large construction organizations amounted to 13.6%, small enterprises and micro-firms - 69.4% and in the informal sector - 17.0%.
