At the end of 2021, the gross value added (GVA) in industry in the Jizzakh region amounted to 2,873.7 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 10.2%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 12.6% and increased by 1.4 percentage points compared to the previous year.
